Chocolate is best stored between 16-22ºC, we don’t recommend refrigerating your chocolates, as they are likely to ‘bloom’ (which forms white discoloration on the outside). We recommend you store your chocolate in a cool dry place.
Chocolate turns white when the cocoa butter within the chocolate has separated toward the surface, which is commonly known as ‘blooming. Despite the appearance, the chocolate is still safe to eat.
Based on our experience, they generally get eaten up very quickly! If you would like to savour them, our products have up to 3 months shelf life, although your specific product may have longer. All our products have a best before date on them.
Whilst our products don’t specifically contain nuts, they are produced in a factory which handles nuts.
